Qualora is currently an early-stage or prototype product. Features, availability and behaviour may change without notice during development. Early-access participation is at our discretion.

You may use the website for lawful purposes connected to your interest in Qualora, such as reading information, contacting us and submitting an early-access request.

• Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account or area.
• Uploading real patient, service-user, employee, safeguarding or confidential information.

The Qualora website, branding, product and content are the intellectual property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except those necessary to use the website as intended.

We aim to keep website content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error. Content may be changed at any time.

Website content and any output from the prototype are not professional, clinical, safeguarding or legal advice, and must not be relied on as such. Qualora is a decision-support and quality-assurance platform. It does not replace professional judgement.

Qualora does not guarantee CQC registration, compliance, inspection outcomes or any other regulatory result. Users remain responsible for meeting their own regulatory and legal obligations.

The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of external sites linked from the website.

We aim to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be changed, suspended or withdrawn during development at our discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, Qualora is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or the prototype, including any decisions taken in reliance on website content or AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
